Director of Nursing - Nursing
The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for administrative oversight of clinical operations, assuring the quality and safety of patient care management for psychiatric inpatient and emergency mental health services. Ensures professional nursing is practiced in accordance with established standards of regulatory and hospital policy. Responsible for the development of short and long term goals, staffing patterns, fiscal management, resource management, program development, quality improvement and compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
